Long, complicated, and fraught with ambiguity, the formula to determine the size of state delegations to the Green Party National Assembly to nominate our President in 2004 has set a tide of disunity in our party the likes we have never seen before. There is a push to make some serious changes that reinforces more democratic outcomes while simultaneously upholding a reasonable and straight forward delegate apportionment.
