Come support the most qualified candidate for this office! Donation Requested (U Street Station on Green line).

Afterwards head to the GPAX hosted gathering at the home of David Bosserman and Olivia Cadaval (1735 IRving St., NW, Columbia Heights Station on Green line).

Sat, Jan 27: 11-1 pm: Main march gathers on the National Mall (between 3rd and 7th Street, NW). Exact march route is still being negotiated with police, but will head toward the US Capitol: question whether we will be able to march around the Capitol, or will have to end march at the West Front.

MEET UPS at 10 am for most groups, to proceed to the main march. GPAX has organized a meetup for the Green party at McPherson Square, 15th and K St., NW, (McPherson Square Station on Blue/Orange line). Short bull-horn rally before we march to main gathering-point.

11-1 pm: UFPJ Rally on National Mall, between 3rd and 7th St., NW. Speakers include anti-war, religious, and labor leaders. March to Capital Hill.

1pm - 5 pm: March to the Capitol. In addition to usual organizations, churches, etc., marchers are asked to gather by congressional districts (under banners) so that we can emphasize the message to Congress on the troops and war.

Post-rally events at Bus Boys & Poets and other venues in DC.

SUNDAY, Jan 28: LOBBY TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS
Workshops will be held in the morning at Bethesda-Chevy Chase HS (4301 East-West Highway, near Bethesda Station on the Red line). We are requesting a room for a GP discussion on Green Values, the war and other topics.
Afternoon will feature lobby day training for all participants, in the high school auditorium.

MONDAY, Jan 29: LOBBY DAY: Gather in AM on Capitol Hill to visit your congressional offices with others.
